Forerunner 235 uses an optical sensor that continuously measures the heart rate from the wrist, offering the ability to run without a chest strap. The colorful indicator determines your heart rate zone and your beats per minute in real time.

Forerunner 235 is compatible with GPS and GLONASS satellites to locate your position quickly and accurately even when you are in the thick of a forest or between tall buildings.
