The Bell Z20 MIPS helmet has everything that modern helmet technology can offer. The shell is made with an In-Mold process that consists of two layers of EPS foam of different density to optimize shock absorption properties, additional protection is provided by MIPS. The Float Fit Race adjustment system ensures a perfect fit, while many other features such as the Sweat Guide padding design significantly increase comfort.

MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) is a unique technology that protects the brain in the event of a diagonal impact. The principle of the natural low friction layer of the brain is adapted to minimize the forces exerted.

Progressive Layering
Dual-Density foam construction with softer material near the head helps to better distribute impact forces, while allowing designers to create more and larger vents.

In-Mold ™ Construction
With In-Mold construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is joined to the EPS inner shell that absorbs impact in a single step during the manufacturing process. This makes the helmet even more resistant, without additional weight. This production process also makes it possible to form significantly better ventilation systems and openings.

No-Twist Tri-Glides ™
Everything is a matter of details. The harness system is easy to adjust, keeps the straps flat and prevents twisting, which also helps take a few watts out of the wind.

X-Static® Padding
X-Static pads are woven with silver threads. Quick drying and antibacterial, they act against the formation of odors. In addition, the X-Static pads provide the driver with a cool feeling in hot weather and a warm feeling in cold weather thanks to their thermal properties.

Float Fit Race
The new Bell Float Fit Race ™ was developed for a custom fit for maximum performance. The adjustment system connects seamlessly to MIPS and offers maximum adjustment possibilities in height, padding width and perimeter.
