Only show products and brands available for delivery to Europe. Display prices in Euro.
The total displayed in your basket will be the price you pay as we will charge you in your local currency. The price for delivery and the free delivery threshold will be displayed in your shopping basket.

International Courier Delivery
365rider offers courier delivery to international customers allowing orders to be fully traceable. The price of this service is dependent on the delivery country or region.
If your order qualifies for the courier service you will be shown this as a delivery option in the Basket and Checkout pages.
Here you can select which delivery method you would like. If you select to upgrade to the traceable courier service we will send you an email with details on how to track your order once your order has been placed.
The courier delivery option is available when one of the items in your order is in stock. If your order contains items which are currently on order (i.e. items marked as 'none in stock' or 'out of stock') these will be sent via priority delivery once they arrive in our warehouse.
Courier delivery is not available for customized items or bikes, however 365rider may choose to despatch your order using a courier.
How long does worldwide delivery take?
Delivery times are dependant on many factors but we work hard to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery in Europe will take approximately 4-7 days after despatch and worldwide will take 3-10 days from despatch.
Free delivery is available to every country that 365rider deliver to, 365rider.com is delighted to announce that we are offering free delivery, subject to a minimum spend of 150€, on all items excluding bikes.
You can also choose to add priority despatch to your order. Priority Despatch means we despatch your goods as soon as we can after we receive your order. If you do not choose priority despatch your order may take an additional 2-3 days to be processed during peak times before it is despatched.
How will my order be despatched?
For international deliveries we use different couriers according to the destination of the order. In the checkout we specify whether the delivery method is tracked or untracked, you will be required to add an item to your basket to view this.
If the delivery method selected comes with tracking you will receive your tracking code via email once your order has been dispatched. Some of these deliveries may require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you have entered a valid delivery address; we will not be held responsible for parcels delivered to hotel addresses.
1.- Unwanted item / Not faulty If you change your mind on your purchase, you have a full 14 days to return it for a refund! All Goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
There are some exclusions to our 14 day returns policy, which are as detailed below: Any customised items such as wheel builds cannot be returned* GPS systems such as sports watches or cycle computers can only be returned if unregistered* For hygiene reasons, any intimate garments such as underwear and swimsuits can only be returned if the items are unworn* Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.
*Unless faulty We cannot offer exchanges for unwanted items; please do place a new order for any alternative item you require.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order within 14 days of receipt at our Spanish warehouse.
In no case we will accept a product that has been used by the customer, without its original labels or with its damaged original packaging. Prepare the same box or envelope that we have sent you, or failing that in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition. If the product is delivered without any protection, the exchange or return will not be accepted since the box will be damaged and will be returned to the customer.
Changes of underwear, swimsuits, socks or heart rate monitors are not allowed once used for hygiene reasons.
Neoprene returns are not allowed, as it is a very delicate material and can easily be damaged, so we recommend that the material be tested very carefully and preferably with gloves. Cuts and breaks are not covered by the manufacturer.
If your return order adheres to the above criteria, please follow these steps: Go to the “Return an order” page of your customer account (You may be asked to log in into your account, if you haven’t already done so) Select the item(s) you wish to return Complete the “Return an Item” form giving details on your reason for making a return On the next page you will see a link to your returns slip and also instructions on how to label your parcel Please print your returns slip and include this INSIDE the box or bag.
