The La Sportiva Akyra shoes for women are a mountain running shoe developed for resistance in Ultra Trails and Ultra Marathons. Akira is particularly comfortable and flexible, designed for long-term trail use. It adopts an enveloping and comfortable upper shape in 3 layers: comfort, thanks to the seamless construction; flexibility of the structure thanks to the innovative MicroLite Skeleton application that dynamically follows the movement of the foot while running; Guaranteed protection with the microfiber Flex-Guard structure that keeps the footwear light and provides a barrier against abrasion produced by rubbing.

Great stability thanks to the TrailCage System technology placed between the two upper and enveloping layers, integrating with the lacing system. The sole has been developed by La Sportiva's R&D department and features the new FriXion XT adherent band with Impact Brake System; Exclusive design with Trail Rocker technology that favors natural support during the race.
