Energy Gel Etixx Cherry Currant 50g
Ginseng & Guarana Energy Gel contains a unique sugar blend consisting of high-speed sugars (glucose and maltose), semi-slow sugars (sucrose), and slow sugars (complex sugars). This is what we call the “Triple Action Effect” (triphasic sugars) offers a quick charge of energy, and also provides energy in a more sustained way for a long period of time (see figure). Additionally, glucose and fructose use different transport systems when absorbed into the body. This means that in total more carbohydrates can enter the bloodstream simultaneously when glucose and fructose are consumed together compared to when only one of the two sugars is consumed.
The Energy Gel is a high concentrate in the form of sugar, which translates into large amounts of fuel.
