The original Free Aero Race Bibshort was first introduced a decade ago and has ridden millions of miles with the professional riders we sponsor. It is the best-selling product in the Castelli collection and in the personalized Castelli Corse Service program. During all this time, this garment has undergone numerous updates and improvements in order to find the best bib shorts we could make. While the core concept of a minimalist and comfortable professional-grade racing shorts remains, the fabrics, components, stitching and construction methods have been improved and refined throughout this time.

The fourth generation presents the perfected Progetto X2 Air Seamless chamois. This pad is made of a fabric in contact with the skin that is soft, elastic and follows the movements of the body, under which there is a good padding in the shape of your saddle. Cycling for eight hours will not be a problem.

Obviously the fabrics are the best, they are manufactured following our indications by the most expert Italian fabric suppliers. The Forza fabric on the inside of the leg is composed of 38% Lycra® for a perfect fit, while the Vortex on the side panels guarantees greater aerodynamics. We have applied the flat non-slip and seamless GIRO4 elastic band at the end of the leg.
