The Mizuno wave Hayate 4 shoes are designed to give you performance and explosiveness on trail surfaces. The fourth edition of a lightweight, dynamic trail shoe with more terrain feel. It is fully focused on quick training and competition in short and medium distance.

Characteristics:

New upper cut, with the tongue sewn to the upper, which prevents dirt and stones from entering the shoe.

The collar is thicker so that the ankle is more gathered and, therefore, more supported.

Maximum traction and safety thanks to XtaRide technologies, especially Concave Wave, and Xta Groove, a flex channel that allows the foot to adapt to all types of surfaces.

Cut with a very resistant and light mesh and new ESS Rock Plate: small platform inserted in the forefoot to protect from impacts with rocks and stones.
