Performance Focused

Most "energy" bars are made to be a snack. SOLID, on the other hand, is meant to fuel both performance and recovery. They are worlds apart: one is destined for the top shelf of the supermarket, the other for the top of the podium.
However, almost all athletes who have tried SOLID have noted its pleasant oatmeal and rice-based texture and natural flavor. Which, coupled with a minimal ingredient list that provides high-carb, low-fiber fuel, is a winning combination.

High carb, low sugar
