Delivery times

When TRIGEASPORT has verified that the purchase process has been carried out correctly, it will proceed to send the products to the address indicated by the Client in the purchase procedure, during normal working hours (no deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday) and within the following deadlines:

The delivery time is 1-3 working days, however the delivery time varies depending on certain factors:

- Orders placed before 13:00h are usually delivered within 24 hours.
- If the order is placed after 13h, delivery usually takes place within 48 - 72 hours.
- The purchase is made after 13h and you have chosen Express Delivery, your order will not be dispatched until the next working day.

Example 1: If you make a purchase on Friday at 12:45, your order will be shipped on Friday and you will receive it on Monday.
Example 2: If you make a purchase on Friday at 13:15, your order will be shipped on Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday.

4-5 working days, however if the order is placed before 13h the delivery usually takes place within 48 - 72 hours.

In case of bank transfer, the delivery time will be calculated from the validation of the payment. TRIGEASPORT S.L uses the Customer's address as the delivery method: In the event that the Customer, after making the purchase, would like to change the delivery address may do so provided that the order is "Pending Shipment". TRIGEASPORT S.L will not be responsible for errors and/or damages caused in the delivery when the address entered by the Client does not exist, is incorrect or when the requirements for the change of delivery address previously indicated are not met. TRIGEASPORT S.L may deliver the products in several shipments. If at the time of delivery of the product at the address provided by the Customer, it is absent or no one picked up the product, the Customer should contact as soon as possible with 365Rider at [email protected] to arrange a new delivery date.
