Q-Rings have been designed to improve your performance by varying the resistance of the drivetrain in relation to the strength and weakness of your legs during pedalling.
Qrings Compact 110 BCD Aero Rotor
Oval Q-Ring chainrings give your performance a boost by modifying resistance to pedaling, based on the natural strength and weakness of the legs. They make better use of stronger muscle groups (increasing positive work) and compensate for weaker areas of the pedal stroke (reducing negative force), which is commonly known as dead center.
Through OCP technology and its different positions, we can adjust the point of greatest ovality of the Q-Ring to match our maximum torque, thus minimizing the dead center of the pedal stroke (the moment in which a pedal is at the maximum upper point and the other in the lower one, no force is generated on the connecting rods).
100% CNC machined in 7075-T6 aluminium, in this Aero version they benefit from better aerodynamics that are not insignificant and a very attractive aesthetic.
