UTILIZATION
- Mix the contents of the box (400 g) with 250 ml of water to obtain a creamy mass. Preheat the oven (180 - 200°C, gas oven 4-5) and bake the cake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Eat 1/3 to 1/2 cake about 1 hour before physical activity.
- Ideal for breakfast and lunch between two competitions that take place on the same day.
- Easy to absorb, the cake is eaten on its own, as another food would unnecessarily increase the digestive effort and impair performance.
- After baking, it is possible to freeze the remains of the cake.
- It can be accompanied by small amounts of tea or coffee (a small cup, 1/2 glass).
