Sensors that work while you go about your day

This wearable integrates Polar Precision Prime™ technology, with a GEN 3.5 optical heart rate sensor and an accelerometer, to record wrist heart rate, steps, daily movement and continuous activity. It also measures heart rate variability at night, a key foundation for analyzing recovery and overall well-being.

Battery designed for real use

With a 170 mAh rechargeable Li-Pol battery, POLAR Loop offers up to 8 days of autonomy in standard use, avoiding the need for constant charging. Its extended storage capacity further supports its practical approach for those seeking continuity and convenience in daily tracking.

Simple connection, complete data

Bluetooth® Low Energy connectivity allows the device to sync with the Polar Flow app, where all activity, sleep, recovery and training metrics are displayed. From Polar Flow you can also connect your data to platforms like Strava, TrainingPeaks, Apple Health and Google Health, expanding its usage ecosystem.

Ready for everyday life and the water

Thanks to its WR30 rating, POLAR Loop is suitable for swimming and daily use without worrying about splashes, showering or bathing. In water it can record heart rate and calories, although it does not offer advanced swimming metrics like strokes or distance.

Train with context, not just numbers

Among its most powerful features are Training Load Pro™, which analyzes the cardiovascular and muscular load of each session; automatic training detection, which records activity without the need to start it manually; and the Fitness Test, capable of estimating your VO2max in just a few minutes. Additionally, Smart Calories calculates energy expenditure from multiple personal and intensity data points.

POLAR Loop also focuses on what happens when you’re not training. Sleep Plus Stages™ analyzes sleep stages; Nightly Recharge™ evaluates nightly recovery based on sleep and autonomic nervous system status; and SleepWise™ estimates your daily level of focus and energy according to your rest patterns. The result is a much more complete view of how you sleep, recover and perform.
