Return of an unwanted item
If you have changed your mind or the product is not what you expected and you are returning it from outside Spain, you must arrange and pay for the shipment to our facilities.
Before sending the product
Check that the item is unused, in perfect condition, with its original box or packaging, intact labels and all original components. Then request the return from your customer account.

Check the condition of the product
Make sure the product is in perfect condition, unused, with intact labels, original box or packaging and all original components.
Request the return from your customer account
Log in to your customer account, go to your order history, find the relevant order and select the item you want to return.
Print the return form
Once the return has been approved, print the return form or RMA. If you do not have it, include the invoice inside the parcel.
Prepare the parcel correctly
Place the product in its original box or packaging, protect it with an external bag or box, and include the return form, RMA or invoice inside the parcel.
Send the parcel to 365Rider
Send the parcel to our address using the carrier of your choice. The shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Important shipping information
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment from outside Spain. 365Rider is not responsible for the parcel until it arrives at our facilities. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Return conditions
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
- It must keep its original box, labels and components.
- Do not attach the shipping label directly to the original product box.
- Do not mix products from different orders in the same return parcel.
How to prepare the parcel
- Include the return form, RMA or invoice inside the parcel.
- Protect the original box with an external box or bag.
- Use strong packaging to avoid damage during transport.
- Keep the shipping receipt until the return has been reviewed.
Products that cannot be returned
- Unsealed, switched on, activated or manipulated electronic products: Garmin, Favero, Polar, trainers, GPS devices, watches, among others.
- Wetsuits, for hygiene reasons and because they are delicate products.
- Underwear such as briefs, boxers, panties and swimwear.
- Nutrition and food products.
- Products sent without external protection or with courier labels attached directly to the original box.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be processed once we receive the products in our warehouse and confirm that they meet the return conditions. It may take between 5 and 15 days depending on the bank or payment method.
Who pays for the return shipping?
For unwanted item returns from outside Spain, the customer arranges and pays for the shipment to our facilities.
What happens if the product arrives used or incomplete?
If the product shows signs of use, has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its condition, or does not include all original components, the refund will be rejected.
Each return will be reviewed individually by our team to ensure a fair and transparent process.
Are you in Spain?
If you are returning the product from Spain, the process is different and must be completed through the returns portal.
- Access the portal: 365rider.outvio.com
- Select your order and the product you want to return.
- The return service in Spain costs €6.99, which will be deducted from the refund.
- If you live in Valencia, you can return the product free of charge at our physical store. The refund will not be made in cash.
Remember: include the return form, RMA or invoice inside the parcel and always protect the original packaging before sending the return.
