If you want to exchange a size, colour or model from outside Spain, place a new order for the product you want and return the original item to 365Rider at your own expense.

New order buy the new size, colour or model first to secure the stock.
Own shipping the customer arranges and pays for the return shipment to 365Rider.
Refund we will refund the original product once it has been received and checked.

Register the return of the original product

After placing the new order, access your customer account, go to your order history, find the original order and select the item you want to return. Once the return has been approved, print the return form or RMA and place it inside the parcel.

Steps to make an exchange

Check availability

Visit our website and check that the new size, colour, model or product you want is available.

Place a new order

Buy the new product at the price shown on the website. This secures the stock and prevents it from selling out while we process the return of the original item.

Register the return from your customer account

Access your customer account, go to your order history, find the original order and select the item you want to return.

Print the return form

Once the return has been approved, print the return form or RMA. If you do not have it, include the invoice inside the parcel.

Prepare and send the parcel

Place the product in its original box or packaging, protect it with an external bag or box, include the return form, RMA or invoice inside the parcel and send it to 365Rider.

Receive your refund

Once we receive the original product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the corresponding refund. The process may take between 5 and 15 days depending on the bank or payment method.

Important information about shipping costs

For exchanges outside Spain, the customer pays the return shipping cost of the original product and the shipping cost of the new order. 365Rider is not responsible for the return parcel until it arrives at our facilities. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

If the price of the new product has changed

If the new product is the same model and colour, and the price has changed due to a size exchange, write to us at after placing the new order so we can review the case and respect the original price where applicable. If you choose a different model, colour or product, the applicable price will be the one shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Return conditions

  • The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
  • It must keep its original box, labels and components.
  • All accessories, components and original documentation must be included.
  • Do not mix products from different orders in the same return parcel.

How to prepare the parcel

  • Include the return form, RMA or invoice inside the parcel.
  • Protect the original box with an external box or bag.
  • Do not attach the shipping label directly to the original product box.
  • Keep the shipping receipt until the return has been reviewed.
When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be processed once we receive the original product at our facilities and confirm that it meets the return conditions. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of returns and may take between 5 and 15 days.

What happens if the product does not meet the conditions?

If the product has been used, does not keep its labels, is missing original components or arrives without proper protection, we reserve the right to reject the return.

Products that cannot be exchanged
  • Electronic products that have been unsealed, switched on, activated or manipulated.
  • Wetsuits, due to hygiene reasons and because they are delicate materials.
  • Underwear such as briefs, boxers, panties and swimwear.
  • Nutrition and food products.
  • Products returned without external protection or with courier labels attached directly to the original product box.
Who pays the shipping costs?

For exchanges outside Spain, the customer pays the return shipping cost of the original product and the shipping cost of the new order.

Are you making the exchange from Spain?

If you are in Spain, the process is different and the return of the original product must be managed through the returns portal.

  • Check that the new product is available on our website.
  • Place a new order for the size, colour or model you want.
  • Register the return of the original item through the portal: 365rider.outvio.com
  • The first exchange of size, colour or model in Spain has no management cost. From the second exchange on the same order, the cost will be €6.99.

If you live in Valencia, you can exchange the product in our physical store at no additional cost, provided the item is available in store. Products marked as “Available online only” cannot be exchanged in the physical store. Cash refunds are not made in store.

Tip: placing the new order first speeds up the exchange and secures product availability. The refund for the original product will be processed once it reaches 365Rider and meets the return conditions.
