Technology that provides cushioning and stability evenly by distributing the impact with each step. By design, the Wave platform provides equal medial (internal) and lateral (external) stability with a centralized point of cushioning. This technology gives Mizuno shoes great lightness, which is essential for runners of all distances.

It allows each Mizuno shoe to maintain a high level of breathability and comfort in the upper part.
- -DynamotionFit
Having a well-fitting, well-fitting foot is just as important as getting good cushioning in a running shoe. Developed by the revolutionary SOZO STUDIO, the DynamotionFit allows the perfect interaction of the shoe with the movements of the foot, giving it fit and support in order to provide greater stability. In this way, the risk of injury is minimized since the greater the stability, the less stress is placed on the joints.
