EVERUN Upper

The upper part of the Guide 10 is built with the latest technology of a dynamic, lightweight mesh that offers great breathability, leaving the foot feeling fresh and dry while you run. It is also equipped with EVERUN technology, which provides continuous damping throughout the journey. It is in turn highly durable and with improved return properties. Lastly, equipped with FlexFilm, which is a light but strong material, which allows fewer layers for a flexible and seamless feel.

Midfoot Structure midsole

A great daily training shoe with moderate support, the Saucony Guide 10 is built for runners of all abilities looking for cushioning on the roads. Ideal for those who are slightly pronator. They have a firm foam mass under the arch to prevent overload, with added structure in the midfoot for ideal support and support. The midsole uses EVA cushioning, which offers a smooth ride with good energy return.

Tri-Flex sole

Saucony's Tri-Flex works with the EVERUN upper part, thus taking advantage of the full force of the footprint on a larger, more flexible and optimal surface area. In addition, it is equipped with IBR + which is 33% lighter and 3 times more absorbent than standard blown rubber.
