SUB9 RACE DAY is currently the energy drink that provides the most carbohydrates per intake. In order to assimilate its 82g of carbohydrates and 332 kcal, we have worked to achieve a drink with low osmolarity using Cyclodextrin and Palatinose as the main ingredients, cutting-edge carbohydrates that improve glycogen replacement more efficiently:
- They offer a perfect, prolonged energy release during and after exercise.
- Fewer insulin peaks, favoring the use of glucose at the cellular level in a shorter time and maintaining the blood sugar level for longer.
- Rapid gastric emptying due to its high molecular weight and low osmolarity, promoting digestion and reducing gastrointestinal side effects.
- Does not inhibit fat burning.
It provides practically 1g of BCAAs in a 8: 1: 1 ratio with extra Leucine per dose. The combination of these essential amino acids are perfect for endurance sports since:
- They provide metabolic energy to the muscles.
- They preserve glycogen levels.
- They have an anabolic effect (mainly thanks to leucine), actively participating in the muscle recovery process.
It contains 230mg of L-Carnitine, which comes from L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, which is a stabilized form of L-Carnitine. It has a slightly higher absorption rate than other forms of L-Carnitine.
- It helps transport long-chain fatty acids to cellular mitochondria, increasing energy supply to the muscle and promoting greater blood flow in the area.

HOW TO USE
To prepare it, add a little water to the drum, dissolve the powder from the sachet in it, shake vigorously and fill with water to its entirety.
