MATERIAL
Our aircraft aluminum is lightweight and offers high performance ; In addition, we cold extrusion it, tape it at various points and heat treat it to reduce the weight of our frame as much as possible and obtain greater resistance.
DESIGN
We hydrodeform the tubes to achieve more sophisticated designs, as well as being lightweight , offering a superior welded finish: tig welded by an expert craftsman with double pass welding, which is later polished to make it invisible.
Its robust design, reinforced with more material in the “sensitive” areas, integrates a press-fit bottom bracket rugged and reliable for worry-free performance.
