Chest: keep the tape horizontal under the arms, around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: measure around the natural waist, not too tight (slightly loose).
Hips: measure around the fullest part of the hips with feet together.

Gloves: measure hand circumference.

The Castelli Gabba R short sleeve jacket redefines protection in adverse conditions. With an aerodynamic design and cutting-edge fabrics, it is the ideal choice for cyclists who do not compromise on performance even in the rain and wind.

Material: Exclusive Castelli fabric with electrospun hydrophilic microporous membrane in polyurethane
Fabric technology: PFAS-free ITTTAI® membrane, highly elastic, breathable, and waterproof
Breathability: High, thanks to the combination of polyester and elastane (78% / 22%)

Designed to perform even in the rain

The Castelli Gabba R short sleeve is the ultimate evolution of a jacket designed for racing in challenging weather conditions. Developed in collaboration with professional cyclists and wind tunnel tested, it offers aerodynamics without sacrificing protection or freedom of movement.

Exclusive Castelli + ITTTAI® technical fabric

This jacket uses a fabric of only 125 g/m² with an electrospun microporous membrane in polyurethane, providing a waterproof barrier without compromising lightness or breathability. The internal coating combines 78% polyester and 22% elastane, allowing extreme elasticity that enhances fit and ventilation.

Breathability and protection combined

Thanks to its structure that avoids moisture-retaining layers and a more hydrophobic membrane than traditional polyurethane, the Gabba R keeps the body dry without overheating. Ideal for temperatures between 10°C and 18°C.

Competition fit, without restrictions

The Race fit allows a snug fit that maximizes aerodynamics. The sleeves have been designed to accommodate gloves without adding bulk, and the four-way stretch fabric guarantees freedom of movement in any position on the bike.

Details that make a difference

Includes a waterproof YKK® Vislon® zipper, three rear mesh pockets to prevent water accumulation, and an elongated rear panel with a reflective stripe that adds visibility and extra protection against road splashes.

Commitment to the environment

Castelli has designed this jacket without the use of PFAS, using a fabric developed alongside ITTTAI® that combines technical performance with environmental sustainability.
