The Castelli Aero Race 8S Jersey is the result of more than a decade of research and development in aerodynamics applied to high-performance cycling. Designed to turn every watt into speed, this jersey uses a construction optimized through CFD engineering and specific fabrics that reduce air resistance at racing speeds. Its lightweight, breathable fabric maintains comfort during intense efforts, while its Race fit provides a snug, efficient feel on the bike.

Aerodynamic engineering to turn watts into speed

The Castelli Aero Race 8S Jersey represents the evolution of one of cycling's fastest jerseys. Developed with technologies used by professional teams, it combines advanced fabrics and aerodynamic design to reduce air resistance and improve competition performance. Built for demanding cyclists, it offers a perfect balance of speed, comfort and efficiency.

Fabrics optimized with CFD engineering

The jersey's construction is based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis, which allows optimization of fabric placement and seams. The ribbed shoulder fabric has been specifically designed to improve airflow and reduce aerodynamic drag, achieving up to a 6% CdA savings compared to previous generations.

Lightweight and ventilation for maximum performance

The body of the jersey is made from a lightweight, soft and stretchy fabric that promotes ventilation and maintains excellent breathability during exertion. This construction keeps comfort even in hot conditions and during prolonged efforts on the bike.

Race fit designed for competition

The Race fit provides a close-fitting silhouette that conforms to the rider's body to improve aerodynamic efficiency. Sleeves with bonded edges increase comfort and eliminate pressure points, while the elastic hem keeps the jersey perfectly in place even when pockets are loaded.

Functionality for long days in the saddle

On the back, the jersey incorporates three cargo pockets that allow you to carry nutrition, tools or accessories securely. Its design maintains pocket stability even when full, helping preserve performance and comfort during training or racing.
