The Castelli Climber's A/C Jersey is designed to deliver lightness, ventilation and aerodynamic performance in the hottest conditions. Inspired by the demands of professional cyclists on high-mountain stages, this jersey combines highly breathable 3D fabrics with a CFD-optimized construction to maintain speed without compromising cooling. Its ultra-light design and Race fit make it an ideal choice for summer rides and intense days in the sun.

Lightweight and ventilation engineered for extreme heat

The Castelli Climber's A/C Jersey is born from race experience on high-mountain stages during the hottest summer days. Designed in collaboration with professional cyclists, this jersey combines extremely lightweight, highly breathable fabrics with an aerodynamic construction that helps maintain performance even when temperatures soar.

3D fabrics for maximum cooling

The front panel uses Flusso 3D fabric to promote constant airflow, while the back uses StradaPro 3D fabric designed to improve ventilation and sweat wicking. This combination helps keep the body dry and cool even on long, demanding climbs.

Aerodynamic construction based on CFD

The placement of fabrics and seams has been developed using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis, optimizing airflow around the body. Additionally, the shoulders incorporate an Airflow construction that improves aerodynamics without compromising ventilation.

Comfortable, efficient Race fit

The Race fit provides a close, efficient silhouette to reduce air resistance. Elastic sleeves to the elbow with raw-cut edges offer comfort and a clean finish, while the elastic waist keeps the jersey in place even when pockets are loaded.

Sun protection for long days

Designed for hours in the sun, the back fabric blocks more than 90% of UV rays. The jersey also features a full YKK® Vislon® zipper to aid ventilation and allow quick adjustments on the ride.
