226ERS Tart Cherry Juice is formulated from concentrated tart cherry juice (Prunus cerasus), selected for its higher natural content of phenolic compounds according to scientific literature. It is designed to be integrated into routines associated with intense training and high-demand competitions.

Phenolic compounds and carbohydrate contribution

The Prunus cerasus variety used stands out for its content of polyphenols and anthocyanins. Tart Cherry Juice naturally provides:

• 1505 mg of polyphenols per 100 ml
• 191 mg of anthocyanins per 100 ml

Each 60 ml stick provides 27.5 g of carbohydrates. In addition, it is equivalent to 270 ml of natural juice, obtained from approximately 80 cherries.

Source of carbohydrates: The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming a total daily intake of 4 g of carbohydrates per kg of body weight, in doses taken no later than four hours after finishing intense or long-duration physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and exhaustion.

How to use

You can consume Tart Cherry Juice directly from the container or diluted in water. Although it is a concentrated product with an intense flavor, the experience is still pleasant.
