Technical Features

Midsole and Cushioning

The Mach X 3 is equipped with a dual-density midsole: a top layer of PEBA foam that provides active cushioning and high responsiveness, and a firmer EVA base that offers stability. This configuration allows for protected impact without sacrificing reactivity, ideal for demanding paces and repetitive training.

Plate

It incorporates a rigid Pebax® (TPU) plate inserted between the two layers of foam. It offers controlled and efficient propulsion — it is more flexible than carbon plates, which gives it dynamism without requiring advanced technique — facilitating a smooth and energetic transition in each stride.

Upper Details

The upper has been completely redesigned compared to the previous version. It now features a wrap-around and breathable mesh (warp-knit mesh or reinforced jacquard), which reduces weight and improves ventilation. The tongue and ankle collar have been softened to improve fit, comfort, and prevent chafing, especially in long sessions.

Sole

The sole is made of compression-molded rubber, ensuring excellent grip and durability on asphalt, in both dry and wet conditions. The pattern has been optimized to offer stability in pace changes and sharp turns, improving overall grip.
