The 12-speed SRAM RED XG-1290 cassette is machined from a single block of material. It is especially recommended for bikes with electronic shifting. A lightweight and durable component.
Manufactured from machined steel, the RED cassette features monoblock X-Dome technology and is available in 3 different sizes. The 10/33 version has a 1-tooth difference between the first 6 cogs for smooth, progressive shifting. On the 10/28 and 10/26 models, this difference extends to the first 8 cogs, i.e. those that are used the most.
The XG-1290 is compatible with the XDR freehub body and delivers powerful, efficient pedaling, as well as fast shifting to get the maximum performance from your bike.
