You're assured of a soft landing thanks to Enerzy in the midsole which is 2mm thicker on the Rider 26 than the Rider 25, this provides even more comfort than you've already been used to.
In addition, Mizuno Wave combines cushioning and stability. It favors propulsion and offers a dynamic sensation. The updated Wave shape provides a better balance between the stability and smoothness of Mizuno Enerzy.
The newly designed midsole is 2mm thicker than its predecessor to provide a soft rebound and even greater energy return.
