Technical features
The X-Sauce yellow 37x9 tape is a professional solution to convert your wheels to a tubeless system safely and durably. Thanks to its greater thickness, this version provides firm adhesion and optimal strength for intensive use.
Greater thickness, greater durability
Made from the same material as the black version but with increased thickness, the yellow tape is designed to withstand higher pressure and offer a longer service life. It is ideal for rims with a flat or shallow central channel, where it fits better.
Optimised application
To maximise adhesion, it is recommended to fit the tape with an inflated inner tube for a few hours before completing the tubeless setup. This ensures that the tape moulds perfectly to the rim bed and prevents premature lifting.
Precise and effective installation
It is essential to round off the ends of the tape when cutting it to prevent peeling. It is recommended to thoroughly clean the rim surface before installation and apply firm pressure during application. The width should be chosen according to the rim bed, not the total external width.
Width compatibility
This 37 mm tape is designed for rims with a wide channel bed, ensuring full coverage without overlaps or excess. Properly covering the entire base of the rim is key to preventing leaks and ensuring the correct performance of the tubeless system.
