To improve your stroke technique while swimming and to increase your pulling power, an effective training with the Zoggs Matrix Hand Paddles is a good idea.
With the slightly flexible hand paddle, your hand glides straight through the water in the forward movement, but feels the full water resistance when pulling your arm backwards due to the palm enlargement. Flow openings give you an intensive feeling of the water.
In addition to the desired improvement in technique, the hand paddles train the muscles in the arms and shoulders for noticeably more propulsion in the water. As a training beginner, you should start with the medium-sized version (yellow/grey), regardless of hand size, until you get used to the resistance.
This way you can fully concentrate on the targeted improvement of the arm pull movement. The hydrodynamic design for exceptional performance allows you to achieve outstanding training results.
