Provides: L-Carnitine, which improves fat metabolism, preserving a greater amount of glycogen, thereby extending performance time, and taurine, which acts as a vasodilator, improving the transport of oxygen and nutrients to muscle tissue and different organs.

• Minerals: You can take 1 Salts Electrolyte capsule every hour and 2 in cases of intense heat and heavy sweating (take them with about 250 ml of water).
• Energy: You can take 1 or even 2 Energy Gels per hour (take with about 250 ml of water). Solid food: You can take 1 Endurance Fuel Bar (in small bites accompanied by water).
• More fluid: You can drink 500 ml of Isotonic Drink every hour. Its use is especially recommended for physical exercise or competitions lasting 90 minutes or longer, and for carbohydrate loading prior to long-distance competitions. GLUTEN FREE, SUGAR FREE, LACTOSE FREE and with NATURAL FLAVOURS.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Mix 50 g of 226ERS Energy Drink in 500 ml of water and shake.

• Pre-Competition: Carbohydrate loading before competition (500–800 ml between meals during the 2 days prior to long-distance competitions). Competition: Training sessions or competitions lasting between 90 minutes and a maximum of 4 hours (500–800 ml/hour).
• It is important not to exceed the amount of product per serving, since by changing the ratio of carbohydrates to water, we will reduce rapid absorption and, in extreme cases, may cause gastric problems.
