Ideal for overpronating runners, the adidas Solar Glide 3 ST running shoes are the most stable and secure version of the Solar Glide 3, keeping the shine and practicality of the Solar series intact while adding greater stability in the heel area.

The adidas SolarGlide ST is designed for athletes who train frequently and are looking for shoes with a bit more stability. The midfoot reinforcement and Stable Frame structure wrap the foot and ensure stability throughout the entire run. It features Torsion System technology to provide a comfortable, smooth stride.

Although it is still built with a high‑quality, breathable engineered mesh, the upper of the Solar Glide 3 ST now incorporates Tailored Fibre Placement (TFP) fabric to increase support, doing away with TPU reinforcements for a more organic and secure feel that helps reduce the overall weight of the shoe. Meanwhile, the addition of much more pronounced Solar Propulsion Rails in the midsole provides greater support and security to your stride in every transition, while the Fitcounter heel stabilizers are fully integrated into these rails for added structure and consistency.

The boost™ midsole remains the driving force of the Solar Glide 3 ST, providing springy cushioning with great energy return that will always keep you at the top of your running pace. A decisive change has been made on the underside, where the Continental™ rubber outsole debuts a new Stretchweb pattern with different zones to increase durability on the outer edge of the shoe and improve flexibility on the inside. This change aims to make the ubiquitous Torsion System’s job easier in delivering stability and security for the runner.
