Four very important tips to obtain an optimal result when using Safe Sea sunscreen:
Apply at home (not at the beach or pool) at least 30 minutes before sun exposure or first bath. Spread generously all over the body on well dry skin.
Do not leave areas of the body unprotected: the jellyfish only needs a minimum contact with the skin to discharge its stinging cells. How much should be applied?
To correctly evaluate the SPF of a sunscreen, it must be done on humans (the back, normally) by depositing the amount of 2mg / cm2 of product.
In other words, a normal adult of 1.70m in height, theoretically would need about 30 ml of protector to correctly cover the entire surface of his skin.
Less amount would reduce adequate sun protection. To make it easier, English dermatologists created the "Tea spoon rule", the Rule of the 7 teaspoons (in our case, coffee):
apply the amount of cream or lotion that fits in a teaspoon for each of the seven parts of the body (legs, arms, torso, back and face).
