> Take care of the origin of the ingredients and the quality by providing carbohydrates of organic origin.
> Provide 10% carbohydrate and water intake (25 g gel> 250 ml water).
- Its small size allows the intake of the necessary water immediately for its correct assimilation.
- A larger size makes it difficult to ingest the correct amount of water.
> Take care of the MIX of carbohydrates (46% amylopectin and maltodexrins + 27% fructose + 27% glucose) achieving a good assimilation and a sustained release of energy.
> Also provide sodium and potassium in controlled amounts that allow combination with other products and reduce possible gastric problems.
Depending on your requirements you can opt for no or different amounts of caffeine. The caffeine:
- Preserves glycogen stores.
- Mobilizes fatty acids.
- During aerobic work it slows down the exhaustion time.
- Causes an increase in muscle contraction force.
Combine it if you need:
