How to use:
For muscle protection: Impact activities (running, trail, etc.) Take 1 scoop 30 min before high intensity workouts.
To improve recovery: Take 1 scoop with your recuperator (50g of RECOPRO flavor berries)
For long distance activities: Take 1 scoop diluted in the sports drink. Take every 3-4 hours of activity.
