The oval Q RINGS BCD110x4 chainrings are compatible with ALDHU, ROTOR's lightest cranks, but can also be mounted on Shimano® BCD 110x4 cranks.
When used with ROTOR's ALDHU cranks, OCP Mount (Optimal Chainring Position) technology allows them to be adjusted in 1-degree increments to achieve the most appropriate position for the biomechanics of our pedaling, while in Shimano® cranks they are placed in the intermediate position OCP 3, the most used by cyclists.
Q RINGS oval chainrings increase performance by activating a greater number of muscle groups thus generating more power, and at the same time, decreasing knee stress in the long term.
Its 12.5% ovality offers a significant improvement over other oval chainrings where no other offers adjustment positions.
