Its high-grip MTB SR17 sole stands out for its excellent power transfer and optimal traction on the walking sections. Thanks to the TECNO 3 SYSTEM closure with two additional Velcros, the shoes allow a precise fit.

SOFT UPPER CLOSURE SYSTEM
The SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM is a wide, anatomically curved strap combined with a soft, thermoformed EVA pad that distributes pressure evenly over the instep area. The SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM is adjustable from both sides, to perfectly center the EVA pad on a high or low instep. The system eliminates the need for the high instep extender. The SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM is replaceable.
TECHNO-3 SYSTEM
The TECNO-3 SYSTEM allows adjustment throughout the entire shoe, adapting the upper to the shape of the foot for a personalized fit. SIDI's famously reliable and replaceable closures have been enhanced with a new patented material, SIDI Wire, that doesn't bind for intuitive and effortless adjustments on the fly.
SIDI HEEL CUP
Reinforced cup that stabilizes and supports the heel. Made of anatomical plastic, it reduces heel slippage and provides greater power transfer. Provides additional foot protection in the event of a crash.
SR17 MTB SOLE
Lighter and with more features, the new Sidi MTB sole is made of nylon with PU (polyurethane) inserts. The shape of the tread of the sole has been specifically designed for mountain biking, it allows a good grip, facilitates the dispersion of mud and provides adequate stability. The central insert with the Sidi logo acts as a non-slip and is practical and useful, especially for less experienced users. The toe area that is most subject to wear, especially when walking, can be replaced by screws and still offers the possibility of mounting crampons to improve traction on particularly muddy terrain. The SR17 represents the ultimate result in terms of stiffness for pedaling and flex for walking.
