The Castelli Aero Race 8S jersey is the evolution of more than a decade of innovation focused on speed. Designed with CFD technology and specific fabrics, it delivers superior aerodynamic performance without sacrificing comfort.

Material: Lightweight, elastic technical fabrics
Fabric technology: CFD engineering for seam placement and aerodynamic shoulder fabric
Breathability: High, thanks to the lightweight body fabric
Fit: Close fit with elastic waistband and bonded sleeve ends

Technical features

The Castelli Aero Race 8S Jersey represents the ultimate expression of speed in cycling, combining innovation, race-proven experience and advanced aerodynamic development to optimize every watt of the rider.

Optimized aerodynamics with CFD technology

The jersey construction uses CFD engineering to strategically position the seams, reducing air resistance. The ribbed fabric on the shoulders is specifically designed to improve aerodynamic flow, achieving a reduction of up to 6% in CdA compared to previous versions.

Lightweight fabric for maximum thermal performance

The body of the jersey is made from a lightweight, soft and elastic fabric that enhances cooling, breathability and comfort even during intense efforts.

Precise fit and stability on the bike

The elastic waist keeps the jersey perfectly in place during activity, also ensuring the stability of the rear pockets even when loaded. Bonded sleeve ends improve overall comfort.

Race-focused functionality

It features three rear cargo pockets that allow you to carry the essentials conveniently without compromising aerodynamics.

Care and maintenance

Machine wash at 30 °C and tumble dry on low. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean. Wash with similar colours to preserve the properties of the fabric.
