A midsole that works for you
The midsole is composed of two layers of Mizuno Enerzy NXT. The upper, infused with nitrogen, provides soft cushioning and high energy return. The lower, based on EVA, provides the necessary stability to maintain a firm stride even at demanding paces. This combination balances comfort and reactivity in every step.
Wave Plate: integrated control and propulsion
The Mizuno Wave technology acts as a TPU plate that not only stabilizes the stride but also propels forward and improves weight transition. Its structural design provides torsional rigidity where it's most needed, without losing natural movement.
Technical upper and support without stiffness
The upper is made with lightweight and breathable materials, designed to provide support without limiting the natural movement of the foot. It comfortably adapts to the contour of the foot, allowing a sense of freedom without giving up support.
