Technical features
Designed to take on demanding trails, the HOKA Speedgoat 7 preserves the essence of one of the most recognized trail shoes on the market. This new version introduces improvements in cushioning, fit, and traction to deliver an even more efficient experience on technical terrain.
Responsive cushioning for long distances
The midsole features supercritical EVA foam, engineered to provide lightweight cushioning with enhanced responsiveness. This technology improves energy return with every stride, helping maintain efficiency over long routes and uneven terrain.
Dynamic, adaptable upper
The upper is made from lightweight RPET fabric that combines breathability and support. Its dynamic, stretchy design allows the foot to naturally expand during the run. In addition, the flat tongue with dual reinforcement enhances comfort over long distances, and the heel pull tab makes it easier to put on.
Vibram® traction for technical terrain
The outsole uses Vibram® Megagrip compound with 5 mm lugs that provide excellent grip on rock and loose terrain. The new lug orientation improves performance on mixed terrain, adding stability and confidence on technical descents and climbs.
Built for the most demanding trail
The Speedgoat 7 includes a system that allows them to be paired with Trail Footwear gaiters to protect the foot from stones and trail debris. Reflective details also improve visibility in low-light conditions, adding extra safety during your mountain training.
