UTILIZATION
- Breakfast: 60 to 120 g of Spordej (3 to 6 level measures). Add cold water and stir slowly to obtain a creamy cream that is neither runny nor compact. Consume the cream approximately one hour before exercise.
- Recovery Snack: Add 3 measures of Regeprot to 3 measures of Spordej . Dilute this mixture as for breakfast and consume the cream as quickly as possible after exercise.
