The Shimano S-PHYRE XC903 is designed for high performance in competition. Thanks to its anatomical design, carbon sole, and dual-dial BOA® closure system, it provides exceptional power transfer, optimal support, and firm grip even in muddy conditions or technical terrains.

Upper Design and Technology

The upper is constructed with synthetic microfiber leather and a wrap-around design, incorporating scientifically optimized specific zones to improve fit. It features strategic ventilation and a unified structure that provides comfort even in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, its SHIMANO DYNALAST system helps reduce fatigue on long rides.

Sole and Stiffness

Its sole is made of ULTREAD rubber with a low-profile carbon midsole. With a stiffness index of 11, it guarantees exceptional power transfer and stability. The ability to add metal studs provides additional traction on especially technical or muddy terrains.

Closure System

The dual BOA® Li2 system allows precise micro-adjustment. Its lower dial is protected to prevent accidental openings from impact. The low-profile cross-lacing pattern provides elegant and secure support at the forefoot.
